If your existing showerhead has been used for a long time,

it may be difficult to remove the shower due to the foreign substances causing it to become tightly stuck to the hose. 

But don't worry. In this case, wear rubber gloves and turn the showerhead.

In most cases, using rubber gloves will resolve the issue.
