In such case, you can solve the issue by using O-rings or Teflon tape to ensure a tight seal.

1) How to solve with O-ring

Many people unexpectedly lose or misplace the O-ring that is supposed to be inside the hose.

For these people, we have included a black O-ring inside the Purifull Shower Kit box.

Simply insert the black O-ring into the hose and connect showerhead to solve the issue!

2) How to solve with Teflon tape

If you can't solve it with O-ring, you can try using Teflon tape to resolve the issue.

When using Teflon tape, it's important to stretch it in a straight line.

If it is not stretched enough, water may leak.

Please stretch the tape and wrap it around the shower for about 6 to 12 times.

Then, attach the showerhead into the hose and it'll be solved right away.
