Check if the handle is properly locked.

If not, rotate the handle until the filter transparent window faces forward.

Verify the installation of the silicone ring

It should be properly positioned on the first-stage filter. Ensure that the silicone ring on the filter cap is installed correctly.

If cracks are found at the connection part

it may be due to repeated dropping of the showerhead or external impacts. Such cracks can result in leaks. In this case, customers who have purchased the Purifull showerhead can contact the Purifull customer service for assistance. 

We provide a one-time replacement service for the showerhead body.
